Some very unique and exciting characters arrived for school today - we couldn't believe our eyes as we opened the gates!
We've had a terrific World Book Day, which was kicked off by a special assembly where the librarians shared their favourite books and the reasons why they liked them. They were all so brave to speak in front of the whole school. Within our classes we have completed a plethora of exciting activities all linked to books and this year's theme 'You Are a Reader'. The library has been open every break and lunch time for children to read and share books, and we even had a food and book character quiz in the dinner hall! Here's a flavour of some of the things we got up to today.
