2019 - 20 & 2020 - 21 Curriculum Assessments
On Wednesday 18 March 2019, The Secretary of State for Education announced that the 2019/20 National Curriculum Assessments would not take place due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and resulting school closure.
This means the following assessments planned between April and July 2020 were cancelled and primary schools were not required to publish any assessment data:
- End of key stage 1 and key stage 2 assessments (including tests and teacher assessment)
- EYFS Moderation
- Phonics screening check
