On Wednesday, we gathered  to celebrate a truly special group of pupils – our wonderful Year 6 leavers. The Leavers' Assembly was a heartfelt and uplifting occasion, filled with laughter, memories, and just a few tears!

The children took to the stage, sharing highlights of their time at Trawden Forest Primary School. From their very first day in Reception to the fun and challenges of Year 6, they spoke about the friendships they’ve made, the lessons they've learned, and the many adventures along the way.

There were performances, poems and songs.  One of the most moving moments was the photo montage, reminding us all just how much they’ve grown – not just in height, but in character.

We are so proud of everything this cohort has achieved. They’ve shown resilience, kindness, and enthusiasm in all they do. They leave us ready to take on the exciting opportunities that lie ahead in secondary school.

To our Year 6 pupils: thank you for being such a special part of our school family. You will always have a place in our hearts, and we look forward to hearing about all the amazing things you’ll go on to do.

Wishing you all the success and happiness in the world. Keep being brilliant – and remember, once a part of Trawden Forest Primary School always a part of Trawden Forest Primary School!
