We are absolutely thrilled to share that thanks to the incredible efforts of The Croft residents, their amazing team of organisers, generous sponsors, and everyone who joined us for refreshments, games, and festival fun — we raised a phenomenal £2,587 at this year’s Trawden Garden and Scarecrow Festival!
That’s over £1,000 more than we raised two years ago – an incredible achievement made possible by the power of community, creativity, and a lot of hard work.
A heartfelt thank you to:
- The brilliant Croft parents and residents who brought it all together
- Our kind and generous sponsors
- Everyone who visited and supported us – whether for a brew, a slice of cake, a game, or just to soak up the atmosphere!
We’re pleased to share that:
- £250 has been allocated to our Gardening Club, helping children nurture their green fingers and enjoy outdoor learning
- And thanks to your generosity, the children also enjoyed a Water Fun Afternoon this week – a well-earned splash-filled celebration to start the summer!
The remaining funds will go to our PTFA, supporting enrichment opportunities and exciting experiences for all our pupils.
This money will go a long way and watch this space for some exciting things still to come! ????✨
Thank you again to everyone involved. We are so proud of our school and our incredible community.
