Image of Classification of Sweets!

Today Year 6 spent their science lesson learning how and why we classify things.  They developed their questioning skills to classify a range of sweets!  Their questions included thinking about the structure, the ingredients, the size, shape and colour of the sweets.  Finally they gave each sweet a scientific name.  These included names like: liquorice wheel pink, jellied fried egg,  jellied-layered strawberry and hard shell purple.
