Remembrance Day and Divali
EYFS have had a very busy two weeks exploring more of our current topic 'Light up the sky'.
They have been learning about Divali - The festival of light and have enjoyed designing and making their own Diva Lamps which they have brought home today.
We discussed Remembrance Day and the importance of remembering the soldiers who helped to keep us save. We made a beautiful poppy display that was used in the Year 5 Remembrance assembly and then we displayed it in the window for the weekend.
