Thank you to all of our wonderful EYFS and key stage one parents, carers and children who attended our book fair this afternoon. The fair, which is brought to us by Wendy from Usborne books, is all part of our 'Month of Reading' celebration. Together with the money raised from last week's sponsored reading event, the librarians hope to be able to buy brand new books for our library to use within school. All of the children have had the opportunity throughout this afternoon to look at the books on display so that they can have an idea of what they could buy at the fair but also to discuss the books we love to read.
Tomorrow it is our key stage two children's turn to attend the book fair after school, so head down to the key stage one hall from 3.15pm.
