Bubbles Bubbles Everywhere in EYFS!

Bubble Fun in EYFS

This afternoon the children had a wonderful time exploring bubbles in the outdoor area. They began by blowing, chasing, and popping bubbles, which filled the playground with lots of laughter.

The excitement grew when we used the tuff tray to make giant bubbles – even big enough for the children to stand inside. The children were fascinated watching the bubbles form, stretch and then burst.

They also had fun experimenting by trying to capture small animals in the bubbles on the tuff tray, watching closely to see what happened as the bubbles surrounded them.

As well as being lots of fun, bubble play encouraged the children to develop their physical skills as they jumped and reached, and supported their curiosity and language as they described what they could see happening.

It was a magical afternoon of learning through play.
