This week, children across the school embraced calm and focus during our special Yoga Day! From stretching into yoga poses to learning mindful breathing techniques, everyone enjoyed a moment of peace and movement.
It was wonderful to see so many smiles, balance, and deep breaths in action! We hope children will feel inspired to try some of the poses and breathing exercises at home too. Why not give it a go together as a family?
