On Friday, our young gardeners from Year 3 proudly delivered the first crop of harvested potatoes from the school garden to the kitchen — and what happened next was truly delicious!
With a little magic from Jayne, our fantastic school cook, the potatoes were quickly transformed into three mouth-watering dishes and added to Friday’s menu:
Roast potatoes with paprika
New potatoes tossed in butter
Potato bravas with a tasty twist!
The verdict? A big thumbs up from staff and children alike!
