This term, in Year 6, we are studying climate change and looking at activism. As part of our English unit - persuasive speeches - we made protest placards about climate change and global warming. The children have learnt a lot about the causes of climate change and the impact it is having on the Earth. We created slogans and puns to put on our placards and added drawings to illustrate our ideas. The children did a fantastic job and took lots of pride in their work.
