Boxing

Yesterday, Year 6 enjoyed a fantastic boxing session with Empower.  The children completed a shadow boxing routine, which included jabs, roundhouses and uppercuts.  The children worked hard and were very sweaty by the end.  WE can't wait for next week's session!  A big thank you to Empower boxing - you were fantastic!
