This afternoon, Maple Class took part in a Healthy Lifestyles Workshop brought to us by the East Lancashire Mental Health and Wellbeing team. We considered what wellbeing is, developed our own sleep routines, scheduled exercise within a weekly timetable and, as the photos shows, got creative when displaying what their healthy plates would look like! We learned that even at this age, we still require 10-12 hours of sleep a night and how much devices and television impact upon our sleep.
We thank the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team for their workshop and taking the time to come and visit us here at Trawden.
