In Year 3 this afternoon, we explored and investigated magnets. We discovered that some metals are attracted to magnets, that magnets have a force field and that magnets can either be attracted to each other or repel. In our investigations, we discovered that magnets have two poles which are the north and south. Some magnets have these labelled but others don't. There are also different types of magnets such as a bar magnet and a horseshoe magnet. We were very busy exploring!
