Today was one of those days when we realise how lucky we are to have our school in such a wonderful location.
Reception class have just begun their new topic on animals and we are starting by learning the names pf some baby animals and looking at which babies are like their parents and which are different. This morning we got some first hand experience of baby animals when a sheep penned next to the playground had two new lambs. The children got to have a good look at them and talk about the similarities and differences between the adult and babies.
We hope to be able to spot lots more baby animals in the coming weeks.
