In our Forest School session this week Reception made their own magic woodland wands. We found a special, unusual stick then hunted for interesting natural things to fasten to them. We learned different ways of tying knots to attach things.
Once it was complete we had to hold up our sticks, close our eyes and say secret magic words to give our wand some magic.
Hope we don't have any parent frogs this weekend!
