Information about Sofia
Each week, our school is visited by Sofia, our wonderful therapy dog, and her owner, Catherine. Sofia is part of Pets as Therapy and plays a special role in helping our children develop a love for reading. She listens patiently as children read to her, making the experience fun, relaxed, and confidence-boosting. Sofia even has her own cozy spot in our library called Sofia’s Corner, where children can enjoy a calm and supportive reading environment with their furry friend.
