We have been busy...
This week we have continued our 'Light up the sky' topic by looking at our own celebrations - such as birthdays, christenings and weddings. We have really enjoyed looking at all the photos that have been sent into school. The children have loved taking ownership over talking about them. We have been able to discuss the changes that happen when we grow and had some lovely conversations about how they celebrate special moments with their friends and families out of school.
We have also been busy learning about and hunting for shapes! We have found out about Kandinsky and looked at some of his art involving shapes. We have loved making our own 'Kandinsky' style pieces of art too!
