Year 4 had a quacking time!

Today, Year 4 went for a secret trip down to EYFS when they were on Forest School, to take a look at the tiny ducklings! 

The children loved being away from our classroom to learn about ducks. We had our duck expert, Elliot, who was able to share with the class how to look after the ducks and how to hold them properly, to ensure they came to no harm. We just didn't realise how fast their digestive system worked until we saw all the mess on the floor!

Perhaps, we will have to sneak down again another day for another play...
