Year 4 have been busy this week looking at invertebrates. The looked at their location and size as well as their classification. Today we found many more invertebrates than we did on the school yard earlier this week. We thought about how animals are adapted to suit the environment that they live in and designed a new invertebrate with this in mind. We discussed a range of new and interesting things such as a flat worm, a shiny, black egg found under some logs as well as a couple of eggs. We thought this might belong to a pheasant. Have a look and see whether you agree!
