Growing Together For Trawden

Some of our Gardening Club representatives have been out in the community, planting up the ‘Welcome to Trawden’ planter at the entrance to our village.

It was filled with violas and polyanthus, which our Gardening Club has grown specially from seed for Trawden in Bloom, a lovely way for our children to take pride in their village and help give residents and visitors a colourful welcome!

A special shout-out to Bev from Trawden in Bloom for accompanying us and making quick work of removing the summer bedding plants, ready for us to get planting - a super job, thank you!

We’re proud to play a part in keeping our village looking lovely and to see the children’s hard work blooming beyond the school gates!
