🌿 Branching Out!

Our Year 4 woodland architects have been busy putting their engineering and teamwork skills to the test in Forest School this week. Moving on from last week's mini shelters, the children worked brilliantly in teams to design and construct medium-sized shelters using a mix of natural timber and tarpaulins. From using tripod frames and other strategies to exploring their previous lashings and knots, they showed fantastic resilience and creativity to build structures that could truly withstand the elements. We definitely have some future builders and survival experts in our midst—well done, Year 4! 🪵✨
