This morning, Year 2 surprised Miss Lambert with a wonderful baby shower before she begins her maternity leave. The children had a fantastic time taking part in lots of fun games, including guessing the baby food, pinning the dummy on the baby, naming the baby and drawing what they think Baby will look like!
To make the celebration even sweeter, Miss Whittam baked a delicious school cake for everyone to enjoy with a glass of juice.
Miss Lambert would like to say a huge thank you to all of the children and their families for the incredibly thoughtful gifts, kind wishes and the effort that went into making the morning so special. It is a memory she will treasure forever.
A special thank you also goes to Miss Whittam and Miss Crocombe for organising such a lovely celebration. Your kindness and hard work made it a truly unforgettable morning.
