What an incredible time Year 6 are having at Winmarleigh PGL!
The children have thrown themselves into every challenge with enthusiasm, determination, and huge smiles — from a very wet raft building session to zipwire, vertical challenge, archery, problem solving, trapeze, and survival skills.
Every activity has brought new challenges, opportunities to step outside comfort zones, and plenty of laughter along the way. It has been wonderful to see the children encouraging one another, working together to overcome obstacles, and celebrating each other’s successes. Friendships have grown even stronger as they have supported one another through every muddy, wet, and exciting moment!
There has been lots of fun had by all, but what has stood out most is the teamwork, resilience, and kindness shown throughout the trip. We are incredibly proud of the children for the way they have represented the school — their manners, positive attitudes, courage, and willingness to give everything a go have been exceptional.
And the best part? There’s still more fun to come! With more adventures, challenges, and memories still ahead, excitement levels are definitely staying high.
