To celebrate National Storytelling Week, what better way than another visit to our village library!

This week, a different group of Reception children enjoyed their first visit, returning the books borrowed last week which we have loved sharing during our afternoon story time sessions.

We explored the library, enjoyed sharing stories, and everyone chose a new book to take back to school.

The children scanned their books and used the library computer - a very exciting part of the visit! Back at school, they were keen to show their friends the books they had chosen.

A big thank you to Trawden Forest Community Centre, Library and Shop for another welcoming and fabulous visit! We’re already looking forward to our next library session - another step in building a lifelong love of reading!
