We were delighted to welcome Louise from Food for Life Lancashire to Trawden Forest Primary School for a very special assembly, where we were officially awarded our Food for Life Bronze Award — something we have worked hard to achieve.
During the assembly, we proudly received our certificate and Food for Life banner, marking an important milestone for our school.
Trawden Forest Primary School is now a registered Food for Life School.
This award recognises our commitment to providing food that is high quality, healthy and sustainable, as well as the work we do in our school garden, where pupils grow and learn about where our food comes from, and understand the impact of the choices we make.
A huge well done to everyone involved — we are now working hard towards achieving the Food for Life Silver Award and look forward to continuing our growing and learning journey with the Food For Life Team.
