Year 1 have been learning about maps in Geography when talking about the local area.
Today we looked at plans of the classroom and KS1 areas of the school. The children had to find our mischievous colour monsters who had decided to hide. They worked in grous to decide where the coloured x was indicating on the map, then went to retrieve the monster.
Everyone showed amazing map skills to find their monsters and great teamwork too!
