What on Earth Can You Do With a Stick?

As we start to move into autumn the children in Year 1 were beginning to find more sticks lying around in Forest School.

This week they were challenged to find interesting uses for a stick - and they rose to the challenge.

We had stick mushrooms, magic wands, drumsticks, fairy houses, mobiles and camp fires!  Some children made faces with sticks and others made their names.  Two boys decided to use very big sticks (palettes) to build their own train.

Can't wait to see what we can make with autumn leaves.
