What an Absolutely Delicious Day!
Check out these little culinary geniuses in Year 4! Today they finished off their Design & Technology unit in style by making their very own pasta and tomato sauce from scratch.
From choosing the freshest ingredients to mastering the tricky art of chopping onions (with only a few tears shed), our young chefs did it all! They even had a go at ripping up fragrant basil leaves and adding their personal touch to the recipe.
After all the hard work in the kitchen, it was time to enjoy the fruits of their labour - tucking into the mouth-watering pasta and sauce they lovingly prepared. And of course, what's pasta without a generous sprinkle of hard cheese and a dash of black pepper?
The best part? This meal was such a hit that many of our Year 4s can't wait to recreate it at home during the upcoming half-term break!
