Year 1 have been putting their new sketchbooks that they created last week to good use. We were thinking about continuous line drawing this week so the children warmed up by trying to sketch a shell in their sketchbooks without taking their pencil off the paper for 5 minutes!
We then had a good look at a range of shells and used pens to draw them in our art books. The children used their continuous line drawing skills and what they have learned about spirals to help.
We think they did amazingly well!
