This afternoon, Year 3 had fun investigating how light is reflected from surfaces. They learnt that light is reflected better from smooth surfaces as the reflection is much clearer. On the playground, they experimented with following different lines using their mirror to reflect their line so that they could follow their lines using only the reflection in the mirror. Afterwards, they created messages which were backwards and used the mirror to reflect them the correct way.
